What is included
Each signed-in client can keep three active assessments with up to ten invitations per assessment. There is no charge, payment-card collection or automatic paid renewal. Questions and marking guides can be edited before approval. Applicants submit through private seven-day links; clients review written work and export reports. Assessment records expire after 30 days; download reports you need to retain.
Use of assessment results
This is an early product, with no established predictive validity or norm group. The 0–100 score describes performance against the client's configured tasks and weights. It is not an IQ score, percentile, probability of success or hiring recommendation. The client must check task relevance, keys, rubric fairness and accommodations, and make the final assessment and hiring decision.
Written responses require a human rating and rationale. Objective checks depend on the client's answer key. Authorship and honesty are not automatically verified. Begin with fictional examples or appropriately consented work samples, and check results before relying on them. Avoid entering confidential business material or unnecessary personal information in questions or feedback.
Free access in exchange for private feedback
Free access in exchange for one honest private feedback report after your first assessment, or within 14 days of joining if you have not completed one. A short report that the tool did not help is welcome. No positive rating or public endorsement is required.
Before entering the pilot, you accept this exchange in a separate, plainly worded agreement. Tell us whether you used a real or fictional workflow, what helped and what needs work. Do not include applicant details or confidential material. Once feedback is due, new assessment creation pauses until feedback is submitted; existing work, exports and deletion stay available. There is no charge if you leave instead.
Feedback is used privately for product improvement and support. The form asks separately for optional permission to quote your words anonymously, with a disclosure that you received free pilot access. That permission does not include your company name, logo or applicant data. Email support to withdraw it. No positive rating or public review is required. We do not obtain permission here to train models on applicant responses or use them in validation research.
